Shipments and Returns
Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the processing of your order. You will be notified with tracking information once your products have shipped. Security precautions may require an additional delay of 72 hours for any order requesting that products be shipped to a location different than the billing address. Also, if the credit card security code was not entered during checkout, the shipment may be delayed. Purchasing security remains a high priority after your products leave our warehouse; therefore, most orders require a signature upon delivery.
Products cut from a roll (e.g., carpet or vinyl) usually cannot be returned, especially after the installers have placed their initial cut to begin the installation. If your product requires installation, inspect your product before the installation begins. Once the installation starts, no claims will be considered. A restocking fee applies on most items. Most products are non-returnable once the seal is broken or the product is partially used.
