Wolfe Flooring is a member of the World Floor Covering Association (WFCA).

Expensive equipment and a refined business system are nothing without a magnificent team to implement it all. We know that a team must work seamlessly together to guarantee that what you read in the advertisement and hear from the telephone representative is the same as what is performed by the field technician and billed and processed by the bookkeeper. Your concerns as a customer must be passed on from one representative to the next without loss of information. We understand these truths and are completely committed to them as one of our chief goals. Thus, our company's greatest internal activity is to help our team members reach their personal best in workmanship and customer relations. As a result, Wolfe Flooring's greatest assets are our people. We have earned certifications through I.I.C.R.C. (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning & Restoration Certification) and through C.F.I. (Certified Floorcovering Installers) with R-I, R-II, C-I, and C-II classifications in addition to being Shaw SoftBac certified. Furthermore, Wolfe Flooring is a preferredWolfe Flooring is also certified through Certified Floorcovering Installers (CFI). installer of Durkan (Member ID 3702), Desso, and of U.S. Axminster.  Finally, we are member of WFCA (World Floor Covering Association) and Central Florida Floorcovering Association (FCA).

Training

Your service must be uniform in quality every time. Therefore, our representatives must be equipped with and committed to using the same proven techniques and work ethic. Wolfe Flooring provides a broad variety of standardized training materials in addition to a rigorous mentoring program.

Hence, character is more important to us than skill. Wolfe Flooring maintains a state approved Drug-Free Workplace program. Each employee and vehicle is fully insured by our company. Furthermore, all technicians arrive in uniform with a professional appearance.

Experience

Nothing can take the place of years of diverse experiences in the same industry. Beyond the standardized videos and written training materials that workers are required to complete, each technicians receives rigorous hands-on experience before becoming a qualified technician in a given area. Each technician develops one or more specialties while congruently broadening his proficient in other areas.

Employment Opportunities

We appreciate those with experience as well as those who are eager to learn a new skill. Technicians will be paid while in training. Comprehensive training will last for at least two years.
